This will probably be my last American car I purchase, especially from this dealer. When I bought the car, I questioned the low mileage. Given a story that their customers love dealing with them. Thank goodness I purchased extended warranty. 2015 Buick Encore, lemon. It took 5 weeks to get my car back, warranty company would not do the repairs recommended by the dealer, and only authorized the minimum. Two weeks later, check engine light is back on.
Poor representation and non- facts told about the 2024 RAM truck sold to us. Was told there were many options, all available and included in computer system, this is not true. Not sure if it was malice deception or just misinformed sales people. When we called them they said we bought a used truck As is! Further, they gave us two key FOBs but one was in envelope and when we got home it was not the FOD for the vehicle we bought. There had been effort by this dealer to make us whole. Very poor!!! Do not go there.
I called to make an appointment with a sales person to look at a truck that I had found on line. I spoke to David by phone and he answered my questions. He made time for the appointment time I asked for. He was courteous, patient, knowledgeable. The finance manager Josef, tried to sell me on additional warranties, but did correct the contract when I noticed the OTD amount was more than the agreed price. Thorough to details. The support staff were helpful, courteous also. All in all, what I expected.
After calling and making an appointment to see the car I had found on line and receiving two calls to verify that I was coming, I was introduced to Caleb . He was very professional and courteous. But when he went to get the key for the car he found out that someone had taken it to run errands. 45 minutes later they returned with the car. They advertise a price and then added 3000 when we showed up to purchase. They have a D- from the Better Business Bureau— this is probably why. Beware and find another dealer to do business with. I have never experienced this in all my years of buying cars.

Very bad customer service received. My vehicle was damaged while getting service. No one told me before I left the dealership they damaged my car. I contacted the service manager Ryan and he has given me the run around to repair my vehicle. Left several messages for him since the service and left a message with the general manager Dennis. I never received a call back from them. I've received a damage vehicle, lies and poor customer service.

Horrible service dept. Never follow ups with call backs with warranty work. Even the manager won’t take or return complaint calls. They just don’t care about servicing the customer after making a sale.

Happy to talk to the salespeople on the phone. Each was happy and ready to get some answers for me. However, when creating a deal worth driving 2 hours for, I needed a better experience with their management. They add a Maxie Shield to all their cars but refuse to tell you until the end, totaling at least an unexpected $1,000. We had a bit of a rough ride at first in the purchase of our new Bolt EUV. At no real fault of the dealership it took almost 3 months to get it after purchase. They went to bat for me with both Dennis M the GM and Maxie himself (owner) shaking the Chevy tree until I was finally able to receive my car.

False advertising, online price on new chevrolet is not the price when you get to dealership in person they charge 5000 more. Also told they would add a non negotiable charge for a paint sealant sprayed on at dealership for 1000 dollars. In addition the dealership pulled credit check without authorization. These people are misleading and use bait and switch techniques.
